    Requirements

    We are looking for Scrum master with at least 5 years of experience and leading scrums for hybrid Cloud solutions, to join a growing engineering organization. The ideal person must have worked in a fast-paced team environment responsible for frequent product releases, project management.

    What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):

    + Lead multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices

    + Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each

    sprint

    + Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with across team on

    removing those obstructions

    + Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

    + Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance

    + Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint

    + Facilitate backlog grooming sessions by coordinating with scrum team, product owner and Product management

    + Conduct sprint retrospective, sprint demos and sprint reviews

    + Report on team velocity, bug queue, feature/tech debt etc

     

    What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications)

     

    + Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams

    + Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)

    + Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

    + Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment

    + Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focused in high pace environment

    + Degree in computer sciences or similar field

     

    Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

     

    + Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)

    + Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
