Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Venue and Event Technology Specialist to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $64,350 - $82,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

+ Serve as the co-administrator of all point-of-sale systems and ancillary systems, including training, reporting, documenting, and enabling user access

+ Implement and guide the implementation of technology solutions to ensure consistency with overall technology standards, strategy, and operational requirements

+ Manage and coordinate managed service and solution providers for the successful delivery of technology services, and support seasonal operational closures and openings

+ Report operational status and statistics regarding technology hardware and solutions to IT Lead and Regional Director, and assist in project initiatives

+ Provide first-class technical support for all technology services and solutions, and assist in training current and new team members on proper procedures, regulations, and expectations

More about you

+ Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field

+ Hold Network and Cloud Technology certifications and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems, including cloud architectures, server technologies, and communication technologies

+ Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, Kronos Time, Microsoft Productivity Suite, virtualization technologies, enterprise storage technologies such as AWS, high availability environments, and enterprise backup solutions

+ Proficient in performance monitoring tools and remediation, with strong Windows OS administration experience and knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, TCP/IP, and Ethernet networks

+ Ability to support a wide variety of on-premise and cloud-based applications and servers, develop and implement scripting, install hardware and software, maintain and troubleshoot telephone systems, and work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
