We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician - Master Technician to join our team in Massillon, United States. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

+ Perform complex diagnostic procedures on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems

+ Execute advanced repairs and maintenance tasks on diverse makes and models of vehicles

+ Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve intricate automotive issues

+ Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers

+ Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers

+ Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certifications

+ Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and quality standards

+ Test drive vehicles to verify proper operation and safety

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent required

+ Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or master technician role

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Advanced diagnostic skills and experience with various automotive brands and models

+ Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and software

+ ASE Master Technician certification strongly preferred

+ Automotive Technician State Inspector's license (where applicable)

+ Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

+ Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs

+ Outstanding customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset

+ Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologies

+ Own a comprehensive set of professional-grade automotive tools or willingness to participate in a tool purchase program

+ Automotive technical school certificate/degree preferred
