What You’ll Do:

+ Conduct **Functional Behavior Assessments** (FBAs)

+ Develop and implement **Behavior Intervention Plans**

+ Create **individualized treatment plans** to help learners grow

+ Provide **training and support** to caregivers and staff

+ Work in **home, community, and clinical settings**

What You Need:

+ **LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)**

+ **Master’s Degree / Certification** in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

+ **Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation**

+ **Strong organizational & problem-solving skills**

+ **Passion for helping individuals thrive**
