    Elevation Church (Matthews, NC)


    The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    + Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from August 11 to December 24).

    + You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.

    + You'll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.

    + You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.

    + This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.

    + Assist with the overall leadership of the campus, executing the vision of the church.

    + Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience, and plan for strategic growth initiatives.

    MUST-HAVES

    + A desire to pursue vocational ministry.

    + Passion to pastor people and build leaders.

    + A team player with excellent communication skills.

    + Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

    + Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.

    + Great attention to detail and time-management skills.

    NICE-TO-HAVES

    + Familiarity with Elevation Church.

    + Experience leading people.
