    Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist:

    AnthroMed Education is a local organization that partners with schools to provide speech therapy support. We're currently building out the East Coast team and are looking for CF-SLPs to join our team of over 140+ related service providers!

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    Pay Range : $53,144 - $56,694 (based on qualifications and experience).

    About:

    AnthroMed Education is seeking a clinical fellow speech-language pathologist who will support students on-site at a partnering school in Elkton, MD. This CF-SLP we are hiring into this school is a professional who is passionate and determined to provide the best care and therapy to meet students’ needs.

    Responsibilities:

    + SLP will support a school on a full-time basis, Monday-Friday

    + Provide push-in and pull out services

    + Conduct assessments and analyze results to determine strengths and areas of concern in areas of speech and language

    + Collaborate with teachers and other related services providers to implement modifications and strategies that will support student success

    + Provide and document direct/consult therapy minutes as required on each students’ IEP

    + Maintain appropriate records relating to student files and goal tracking

    + Provide support to members of the IEP team and caregivers in the areas of speech and language development

    Qualifications:

    + School-based and/or pediatric experience working with school aged kids

    + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

    + Valid MD SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
