    Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellow)

    Location : York, Pennsylvania

    About the role:

    + Collaborates with staff to enhance speech and language development in the classroom setting for students K-8th grade.

    + Completes all job duties within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.

    + Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services.

    + Use a variety of service delivery models, evidence-based practices, and facilitate professional development for teachers and support staff.

    + Provides accommodations in the classroom including visual aids or supports, or augmentative communication systems.

    + Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students.

    + Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs.

    + Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.

    Qualifications :

    + School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-8th grade children.

    + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

    + Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.

    + Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Pay Range : $58,130 - $60,370 (based on qualifications and experience).
