    Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - AAC Focused

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    Pay Range : $54,810 - $68,770 (based on qualifications and experience).

    About the role:

    + Assesses students' speech-language abilities and develops treatment plans.

    + Delivers direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.

    + Develops goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.

    + Prior knowledge of AAC modalities and implementation techniques.

    + Passion for supporting complex communicators and flexibility in your approach.

    + Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.

    + Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.

    + Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred.

    + A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

    + Have CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.

    + A valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
