Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement innovative process, products & technologies to improve product quality and reduce production costs.

+ Serve as an expert in the development and manufacturing of new products, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

+ Design next-generation materials and processes to meet evolving market demands and enhance product performance.

+ Lead product development projects, ensuring alignment with market requirements and business objectives .

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and technical functions, to facilitate successful project execution.

+ Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

+ Document and communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

+ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering.

+ Participate in training and mentoring junior engineers and team members.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

+ 1 to 3 years of experience in process development or engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.

+ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Annual Base Salary: $74,160 - $92,700 depending on experience.
