Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. _*Job Summary*_ Under the supervision of the Director of Creative Rehabilitation Services, Creative Therapist gathers client data as it relates to creative therapy planning and assessment services. Plans, organizes and implements rehabilitation groups for all inpatients and/or partial hospitalization programs. Participates in multi-disciplinary team and completes required documentation. * Previous experience providing creative rehabilitation services to clients with behavioral health or chemical dependency issues preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in a creative rehabilitation therapy discipline required, Master's degree preferred * Valid Driver's License * Computer proficiency and keyboard skills required.
