+ Full-Time: 40 hours per week

**Responsibilities** :

+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

+ Provide one-on-one sessions, including 45-minute follow-ups and 1-hour assessments

+ Develop and implement physical therapy intervention plans based on patient needs and goals

+ Maintain accurate patient records and communicate progress with the patient and their family

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care

+ Participate in patient and community education initiatives

+ Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

+ Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio

+ BLS Certification required at time of hire

+ Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited program

+ Zero to Two years of clinical experience, preferably in a similar setting preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Commitment to ongoing professional development
