    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Create and reference blueprints throughout a project

    + Construct various frameworks for structures, including walls, ceilings and floors

    + Use machinery, such as boom lifts, to perform duties

    + Cut and shape various materials

    + Ensure structures, framework and materials are up to code and undamaged

    + Follow written and oral instruction given from the supervisor.

    + Have the ability to work from heights of 10-40+ ft. with no issues while harnessed in

    + Display strong math skills for measuring, cutting, and installing materials with little to no errors

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of finish carpentry experience

    + Must have all basic hand tools, power drills, impacts, power saws, sander, compressor tools, etc.

    + Reliable transportation Work well as a team or independently, as needed

    + Be reliable and committed to finishing each project until the end with minimal absences

    + Demonstrate good communication skills with employer and supervisor

    + Have a positive and results driven attitude to work quickly and efficiently

    + Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
