**Job Summary:** The Instructional Design Intern will assist in the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective learning experiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in instructional design, work with experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

What you will do:

+ Assist in the development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.

+ Assist with video editing and publishing for internal and external viewing

+ Power Point Presentation creation and management

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and understand training needs.

+ Support the creation of multimedia content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.

+ Participate in needs assessments and learner feedback analysis to improve training programs.

+ Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new and revised training materials.

+ Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and meeting deadlines.

What you will bring:

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.

+ Strong interest in instructional design and adult learning principles.

+ Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software is a plus.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $ 19.50 - 24.00

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
