Summary:
The Regional Channel Operations Manager will play an exciting and important role in ensuring alignment between the strategic direction of the organization and enabling operation of the function. This position will be responsible for managing a team of regional account operations planners and coordinators. You will be responsible for driving collaborative forecasting, replenishment planning, order management, and inventory pipeline management across the region.The primary functions of the role include: order management, CPFR planning and development, RMA receiving, managing the overall order to cash flow, allocation management, new partner and product on-boarding, timely and accurate inventory related reporting, primary escalation point for the team, and driving key operational initiatives as needed or required.This position is critical to the overall success of the organization as Channel Operations ultimately ensures we have Inventory in the channel to sell. It lies at the intersection between operations, sales and our Partners and plays a critical connector role in both communication and action between these functions.

Channel Operations Manager Responsibilities:
1. Build, mentor, and grow the North America channels operations team
2. Partnering closely with North America Sales team to support and enable market growth and customer satisfaction
3. Drives operational capability initiatives in support of process efficiency and adding value for Partners
4. Support and measure operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and generate related reporting to improve performance
5. Support the allocation process and align with cross-functional partners in sales and supply planning
6. Align with key internal/external partners to improve the overall order to cash process
7. Active participation in Sales & Operations meetings and forums
8. Ensure internal and SOX compliance for order management processes
9. Back-up for Channel Operations Analysts that are traveling on leave
10. Gain top management sponsorship for customer collaboration initiatives and share relevant supply chain operational updates in appropriate forums.
11. Participate in discussions with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates.
12. Act as first point of escalation for both internal and external cross-functional partners for regional operational issues.
13. Influence the organization as needed to ensure regional success of new product launches, marketplace expansion efforts, and new channel/account setups.
14. Set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals. Ensure all new tools and process are adopted by team members.
15. Enable team success by removing obstacles and developing key relationships throughout the business. Cultivate and develop diverse talent within direct reporting team to improve performance and results.
16. Promote cross-partner and cross-team organizational knowledge sharing through various forums. Identify successful collaboration initiatives that can be quickly reapplied to additional customers.
17. Maintain and lead owned processes while bringing a continuous improvement methodology for the team.

18. 5+ years of direct people management experience and managing the order management (order to cash) function for hardware products supporting Retail and Enterprise customers
19. Experience with on-boarding new partners, products, and markets
20. Experience managing or major contributor for CPFR processes
21. Proven track record of getting things done (projects, initiatives, process improvements, etc.)
22. Proven experience track record of results with influencing and communication at all levels within the organization
23. Experience using Oracle, SAP, or another major ERP platform
24. Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
25. Bachelor’s degree

Public Compensation:
$138,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
