Summary:
Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with demonstrated analytical and operational experience to support the timely execution of programs and processes related to new hire and current employee compensation.
Required Skills:
Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Foster cross-functional partnership with multiple teams within and outside of the Compensation function
2. Apply experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to observe trends and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
3. Participate in the research for, and ongoing development and administration of a compensation program that matches Meta's needs
4. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
5. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
6. Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
7. Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
8. Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
Minimum Qualifications:

9. 3+ years of experience in compensation, consulting, finance, operations or related field
10. Experience with Excel, including building analyses and models
11. Project management experience

12. BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
13. Compensation consulting experience
Public Compensation:
$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
