Job Description
The Campus Development Project Manager will be responsible for developing team charter, completing inputter surveys, implementation of physical space readiness through collaboration with performers to include architect, engineer, construction management or general contractor, IT project management, security and facilities, and overseeing projects that are real estate driven and support service line growth ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities also include working with operational leaders. The Campus Development Project Manager will work directly with the Campus Development Director to manage resources, stakeholders, and risks. The successful candidate will be expected to align closely with the Business Development team on aligned goals.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor's degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Business/Healthcare Administration or related field required. Master's degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Business/Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in project management, Microsoft office, excel, smart sheets, procore or other project management software or masters education level required. Competence in job site activities, construction methodologies, and planning. Ability to lead projects with cross functional teams working on complex, operational and strategic initiatives. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and work with others to accomplish individual, department, and organizational goals. Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical detail and translate that into the built environment. Strong communication skills, effective written and presentation skills, ability to adapt delivery and style to fit the audience and message. Knowledge of the healthcare industry.

**Salary Range:** $74,724.00 - $102,550.50
*Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
