Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from a Licensed Vocational Nurse program and licensure/permit as a vocational nurse in the state of Texas. No experience required. Current BLS required.

Job Summary:

To provide direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients and performs nursing procedures within the scope of their education and demonstrated abilities.

Job Duties:

+ Provides administrative oversight to assigned medical charts.

+ Reviews medical records to ensure compliance with programmatic requirements.

+ Collaborates with CPMO Physical Qualification team and Leadership to ensure operational standards are met .

+ Uses the nursing plan in daily assignments, able to review, and, under supervision, modify the plan of care.

+ Demonstrates ability to utilize critical thinking to identify necessary participant documentation needed to meet program standards..

+ Maintains program participant’s privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times.

+ Executes Medical Director’s orders regarding program participants.

+ Collaborates with On-Ice providers to ensure proper medical treatment of program participants.

+ Collaborates with Consults team to ensure patients receive proper treatment and diagnoses.

+ Utilizes ad-hoc reporting to track program operations

+ Documents nursing care in all assigned patient records.

+ Adheres to internal controls established for department.

+ Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
