    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate loader to transport materials within the plant.

    + Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

    + Assist with plant operations and ensure efficient workflow.

    + Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.

    + Follow safety protocols and report any issues to management.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Proficiency in operating heavy machinery, particularly loaders.

    + Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Good communication skills and attention to detail.

    + Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.

    + Manual dexterity to operate machinery and tools.

    + Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
