    Job Responsibilities

    + A member of the construction team reporting to Allison Offshore Supervisor.

    + Sets up and operates hand and power tools common to trade.

    + Lay out, position, align and secure parts for welding.

    + Participate in JSA’s and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.

    + Conduct behavioral based safety observations.

    + Provides personal tools.

     

    Skills & Experience

     

    + Recent Offshore Construction experience REQUIRED, fitting hand rails and grating

    + Prior Structural Fabrication experience preferred.

    + Experience using safe work habits.

    Candidates will be required to pass:

    + Written structural fitters test.

     

    Must be able to successfully complete the required pre- placement physical exam, lift capacity evaluation, pre-employment drug and alcohol test and successfully enroll in DISA.
