    Description

The Texas A&M University School of Law invites applications for a full-time academic professional track (non-tenure) faculty position in its nationally ranked Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing Program, commencing in the fall of 2025. Texas A&M University is a tier-one research institution and a member of the American Association of Universities. The university consists of 16 colleges and schools that collectively rank among the top 20 higher education institutions nationwide in terms of research and development expenditures. Since integrating with Texas A&M in 2013, the law school has sustained a remarkable institutional trajectory—as evidenced by significant growth in the size and scholarly impact of our faculty; dramatic gains in the academic profile of our incoming students; and resulting advances in the school’s rank and reputation. The Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing Program is ranked number 11 in legal writing programs.

Texas A&M School of Law is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, one of the country's largest and fastest-growing cities. The Fort Worth/Dallas area, with a total population in excess of six million people, offers a low cost of living, a strong economy, and access to world-class museums, restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities. With Texas A&M University's recent commitment to further increases in its support for the law school, the coming years will see a substantial number of additional faculty hires, further advances in the caliber of our student body, and the construction of an entirely new campus, with the law school as its academic anchor.
