    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Crew Supervisor III to join their team. As a Crew Supervisor III, you will be part of the operations department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Crew Supervisor III

    **Location:** Alcoa, TN

    **Pay Range:** $29 - $41.37 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage, lead, and be accountable for crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices.

    + Monitor production rates and information flow to ensure objectives are being met.

    + Communicate expectations and priorities with internal and external customers and suppliers.

    + Exhibit leadership and ownership of lean manufacturing principles.

    + Facilitate shift meetings, engaging employees in all aspects of the business case.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience; 7 years preferred.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Knowledge of ABS or Lean Manufacturing principles.

    + Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to initiate change and demonstrate progressive thinking.
