Our client in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

Job Title: Circuit Card Assembler / Solderer

Pay Range: $18-21

Responsibilities:

+ Installing electronic components onto circuit boards using basic hand tools, materials and processes, including soldering

+ Operating machinery to clean and test circuit boards

+ Following work instructions and router operations

+ Preparing components for installation, including forming components by hand or automation, bending leads and preconditioning leads or wires

+ Self-inspecting product for defects prior to moving the product to the next phase

What do you need to be successful in this role?

+ Exceptional fine manual dexterity

+ High attention to detail and problem solving skills

+ Soldering skills preferred, but not required as we will provide training

+ Patience for repetitive and routine work

What qualifications are we looking for?

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time

+ Ability to read and comprehend work process instructions, standard measurements and charts

+ Ability to see and work using a microscope

+ Fine motor skills and dexterity
