•️** **About the Role:

We’re looking for a **seasoned Linux System Engineer** to join a high-impact team supporting a critical internal platform within a large-scale enterprise environment. You’ll help maintain, monitor, and improve a robust Linux infrastructure that supports business-critical applications.

•** **Responsibilities:

+ Support and maintain **Linux-based enterprise systems**

+ Troubleshoot and resolve **production infrastructure issues**

+ Automate tasks using **Python, Shell, or Ansible**

+ Monitor system health using tools like **Splunk** and **Dynatrace**

+ Address and support **middleware components**

+ Participate in **incident/problem management** and root cause analysis

+ Collaborate with global teams across different time zones

+ Assist in **disaster recovery planning** and **capacity analysis**

•** **Key Skills We’re Looking For:

+ 7+ years of **hands-on Linux engineering experience**

+ Strong understanding of **Linux OS internals** and troubleshooting

+ Middleware experience in enterprise environments

+ Scripting knowledge ( **Python** , **Shell** , or **Perl** )

+ Experience with **Ansible** or similar automation/configuration tools

+ Familiarity with monitoring tools like **Splunk** and **Dynatrace** is a plus

+ Comfortable working in **large-scale enterprise environments**

•** **Additional Notes:

+ Candidates must be open to **rotational shifts** (including weekends)

+ Final interview will be **onsite in Plano, TX**

+ Open to candidates with various work authorization statuses

+ Must be comfortable with hybrid work model (3 days onsite)

This is a **mid-to-senior level Linux Systems/Infra Engineer** role with **heavy focus on support, maintenance, and automation** for large-scale banking infrastructure. It’s **not pure DevOps** , but you’ll be scripting, automating, monitoring, and collaborating with global teams to keep client’s critical platforms up and running smoothly.
