    Job Overview:

    Under the supervision of Nursing Staff Office Supervisor or Manager, the Coordinator Scheduler implements all staffing policies.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

    + Computer applications, including Word and Excel, strong communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask successfully.

    + Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and demonstrated writing skills.

    + Proven record of accomplishment of compassionate care & superior service, and a commitment to providing healthcare excellence.

    Preferred:

    + Prior staffing/medical office experience, as well as supervisory responsibility, is preferred.

    Scheduling Requirements

    + Per Diem (Based on department needs)

    + Shift: Day

    + Position may require to work weekends or holidays

    Essential Functions:

    + Implementing all staffing policies.

    + Maintenance of daily staffing schedules and functions to promote safe patient care
