• Substitute Teachers - 24-25

    Arlington Central School District (Lagrangeville, NY)


    The Arlington Central School District is seeking qualified candidates for per diem substitute teaching positions for the 2024/2025 school year. Interviews will occur on a monthly basis. The starting rate of pay for a Certified Substitute Teacher is $129/day and for a Non-Certified Substitute Teacher it is $114/day with the opportunity for a bonus to be paid in July 2025 (see details below).

     

    Certified Teacher

     

    + Substitute for at least 50 days = $500 bonus, or;

    + Substitute for at least 75 days = $750 bonus, or;

    + Substitute for at least 100 days = $1,000 bonus

     

    Non-Certified Teacher

     

    + Substitute for at least 50 days = $500 bonus, or;

    + Substitute for at least 75 days = $750 bonus

    Job Qualifications

    + A minimum education requirement for a Non-Certified Substitute Teacher position is an Associate's degree or 60 college credit.

    + Please provide college transcripts and proof of teaching certification(s) held, if applicable

    + Fingerprint clearance will be required if hired.
