Description We are seeking a Sr Manager Digital Analytics to join our team in the Private Equity industry located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role involves collaborating with the analytics team, managing budgets, overseeing campaign tracking, developing custom performance reports, and coordinating with internal and external teams to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the analytics team to define data, dashboards, and tracking requirements across various channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display/Programmatic, Email.
• Manage the forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation of advertising expenditures to ensure alignment with the department's financial plans.
• Supervise campaign tracking by ensuring proper tagging and conversion measurement, and analyze current campaign data to identify testing and optimization opportunities.
• Develop custom performance reports for internal stakeholders and leadership, and maintain comprehensive documentation for budgeting, forecasts, invoices, campaign tracking, and tagging protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on performance reporting, budgeting, and campaign optimization to drive process efficiencies.
• Analyze and monitor budgets, identifying discrepancies and providing explanations when issues arise.
• Use data visualization and analysis techniques to create pivot tables, pull reports, and identify trends.
• Extract and process data from various platforms demonstrating platform expertise.
• Handle weekly and monthly reporting to meet team needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, running regular calls focusing on problem areas. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Private Equity industry
• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Facebook Insights for social media analytics
• Demonstrable experience in using Google AdWords for online advertising
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website traffic
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for detail oriented networking and marketing
• Profound knowledge in general analytics to derive insights from complex data
• Experience in managing budget processes for digital marketing initiatives
• Proven track record in campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and strategies
