About the Role:

Our client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant – Litigation to support their dynamic legal team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in litigation, case management, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in legal document production and eDiscovery tools.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee case management, maintain case files, and assist in developing litigation strategy.

+ Manage calendaring and docketing of case deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliance.

+ Assist with discovery and trial preparation, including drafting discovery requests, organizing exhibits, and preparing witness materials.

+ Utilize eDiscovery tools to manage electronic documents and discovery processes.

+ Create, edit, and produce high-quality legal documents with precision and efficiency.

+ Perform office administration and management tasks to support daily firm operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on litigation.

+ Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management.

+ Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and legal software.

+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
