Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Transactions Analyst in the Horsham, Pennsylvania area. You will play a key role in our real estate and property industry team by managing all aspects of property-level diligence and closing procedures for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including environmental, structural, title and property level documentation

• Coordinate all functions necessary to incorporate real estate assets into an operating portfolio in collaboration with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams

• Oversee and facilitate the diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings

• Establish effective relationships with third-party vendors to obtain diligence documents

• Organize diligence materials for internal use

• Ensure the smooth interface with outside counsel on legal matters for all real estate transactions

• Manage and follow the closing checklist processes

• Utilize budget processes and capital management skills to ensure effective commercial and financial transactions

• Apply expertise in acquisitions, property appraisals, property budgets, and contract pricing

• Use Yardi software for efficient property management and transactions.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficiency in handling commercial and financial transactions

• Demonstrated experience in budget processes and capital management

• Proven expertise in acquisitions and financing transactions

• Solid background in property appraisals and property budgets

• Knowledge and experience with Yardi software

• Ability to perform contract pricing efficiently and accurately
