Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the industry for an Operations Associate based in Austin, Texas, 78704, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient workplace through various office management tasks such as inventory management, front desk operations, and mail handling.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the availability and organization of office supplies, including clerical necessities, kitchen refreshments, and technical equipment.
• Managing the inventory of all office supplies and overseeing the return process of computer hardware.
• Operating the front desk, welcoming guests and candidates, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Handling the distribution and organization of all incoming mail and packages, responsible for scheduling and overseeing outgoing parcels.
• Preparing the office for daily operations by arriving at 8am on weekdays to ensure the office is well-stocked, organized, and ready for the day.
• Utilizing skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in various tasks and responsibilities. Requirements • The candidate must possess at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Operations Associate.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary to manage financial discrepancies efficiently.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• The candidate should be adept at Billing processes to generate accurate and timely invoices.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required to maintain and update the company's database effectively.
• The candidate should have experience in Invoice Processing to streamline the company's billing system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data analysis and report generation.
• The candidate should possess knowledge of Oracle for managing business operations and database systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks is necessary to manage financial tasks such as invoicing, bill payment and financial report generation.
• Knowledge of SAP is required for efficient business process management.
