• Full Charge Bookkeeper

    Description

    Our client, based in the Downtown area of Jacksonville, is seeking a 5+ year full-charge bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Managing accounts payable and receivable.

    + Recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

    + Reconciling accounts and financial statements and creating reports.

    + Coordinating bank deposits and reporting daily income/financial results.

    + Assisting with tax payments, returns, and year end statements, working with accountant when necessary.

    + Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

    + Processing payroll and tracking payroll data.

    + HR Onboarding as needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

    • Prior experience with HR (onboarding) preferred

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online

    • Experience in ADP - Payroll

    • Familiarity with Job Cost procedures
