    Description

    We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various team members to design and implement effective business solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with a diverse team, including end-users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and perform process analysis

    • Work closely with the development team to transform these requirements into viable business solutions

    • Conduct testing and validation of any changes to the Dynamics AX setup, configuration, and integration as per business requirements

    • Provide ongoing support to Dynamics ERP users, troubleshoot issues, and enable end-users to efficiently perform their daily tasks

    • Monitor, maintain, and support automated Dynamics ERP business processes to ensure smooth operation of critical business functions

    • Assist in maintaining and updating Dynamics ERP data

    • Develop comprehensive training documentation and provide training to end users

    • Support new implementations of Dynamics AX D365 and manage tasks associated with support, implementation, and enhancements

    • Handle incoming requests and support needs from ERP end users, including intake and triage.

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role

    • Proficiency in D365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX

    • Proven experience in Requirements Gathering, defining and articulating business needs and translating them into technical terms

    • Demonstrated ability to create Technical Documentation, including but not limited to, system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals

    • Skilled in developing User Documentation to guide end-users and stakeholders

    • Experience in drafting Design Documents for ERP system enhancements and modifications

    • Capability to Define Requirements for ERP system improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
