Description RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver effective business analysis.

Take a thorough approach to collect relevant data through reporting, observation, and interviews. Conduct in-depth business analysis to uncover actionable insights, supporting the development of strategic recommendations for improvements in application functionality, business processes, and reporting infrastructure.

Create clear, accurate, and well-structured specification documents for business owner approval and for use in the development process.

Develop detailed business sequences, workflows, data flows, and process flow diagrams to support and improve business operations.

Present findings, recommendations, and updates effectively, delivering impactful presentations to management at all levels with clarity and precision.
