Position Overview

As Lead Evangelist at Shift Robotics, you will be the voice, face, and spirit of our brand, championing our vision of enhanced active living through technological innovation. This role combines product expertise, community leadership and authentic storytelling to inspire others to join the Moonwalkers movement. You'll bridge the gap between our technology and the lifestyle it enables, showing how Moonwalkers can transform everyday movements into opportunities for connection and well-being.

Essential Responsibilities

Community Leadership and Movement Building

+ Organize and lead signature Moonwalkers events, from morning commute groups to urban exploration adventures, fostering a sense of community among users

+ Create and nurture local chapters through regular engagement activities and mentorship programs that help new users confidently integrate Moonwalkers into their daily routines

+ Build and manage thriving online communities across platforms including Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups, creating spaces where users can share experiences, seek advice, and connect with fellow enthusiasts

+ Organize user meetups, create engagement programs, and develop channels for users to share their experiences.

+ Develop the Moonwalkers Ambassador program, identifying and supporting influential users who demonstrate how our technology enhances different aspects of daily life

+ Foster positive relationships within both physical and digital communities, actively engaging to share tips, celebrate achievements, and address questions

+ Implement systems for tracking community health metrics across both online and offline channels, ensuring sustained growth and engagement

Content Creation and Storytelling

+ Create compelling video content showcasing the Moonwalkers lifestyle, including usage tutorials, efficiency tips, and user success stories

+ Develop educational content that helps new users progress safely and confidently in different scenarios, from navigating public transit to running daily errands

+ Produce engaging social media content that captures the transformative impact of Moonwalkers on daily movement

+ Write blog posts about movement techniques, user experiences, and community stories that highlight the versatility of Moonwalkers

+ Collaborate with marketing to create authentic narratives that resonate with both active users and those seeking to enhance their daily mobility

Community Feedback and Product Evolution

+ Gather and synthesize community insights to inform product development and feature improvements

+ Participate in product testing and provide real-world usage feedback across various scenarios

+ Document and report user experiences, challenges, and feature requests

+ Collaborate with the product team to refine the user experience based on community feedback

+ Help shape future innovations by providing voice-of-customer perspective across different use cases, from daily commuting to active recreation

Product Expertise and Education

+ Serve as the primary product expert at major events, trade shows, and media appearances, demonstrating how Moonwalkers enhance various movement scenarios

+ Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners and staff, ensuring they can effectively communicate our technology's benefits

+ Provide expert commentary for media coverage, articulating how Moonwalkers technology is revolutionizing personal mobility

+ Conduct product demonstrations that showcase real-world applications, from commuting solutions to active lifestyle integration

+ Develop and maintain relationships with mobility experts, urban planners, and lifestyle influencers

Safety and User Success

+ Create comprehensive safety guidelines and best practices for different usage scenarios

+ Design and implement the "Movement Mastery" program with clear progression paths for different skill levels and use cases

+ Coordinate with our technical team to ensure safety messaging aligns with product capabilities

+ Promote responsible usage practices within the community, especially in urban environments

+ Lead safety awareness campaigns that enhance user confidence and competence

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ Expert-level understanding of Moonwalkers technology and its applications in daily life

+ 10+ years experience in community building, brand advocacy, marketing or similar role in consumer technology

+ Proven track record of creating engaging content across multiple platforms

+ Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities

+ Demonstrated experience organizing and managing community events

+ Deep understanding of urban mobility and active lifestyle trends

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to demonstrate Moonwalkers products for extended periods

+ Comfortable with frequent travel and extended periods of movement

+ Physical stamina for participating in community events and demonstrations

+ Capability to safely guide others in Moonwalkers usage
