Industrial Mechanic / Maintenace Tech - Day Shift

**Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **Maintenance Technicians** for Industrial projects in the Cincinnati area. The pay range is **$18-$22** per hour based on experience. All maintenance technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues

+ Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures

+ Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality

+ Perform general maintenance

+ Follow OSHA guidelines and standards

Job Specific Details** - **Day Shift 7AM-3PM

+ Perform mechanical maintenance including troubleshooting, repairs, lubrication, and equipment adjustments

+ Set up machines and change materials like ink, paper, window film, and adhesives

+ Operate machines efficiently and maintain supply levels during operation

+ Interpret job orders and ensure machines are set to meet production specs

+ Check labeling, printing, and packaging throughout production for accuracy

+ Conduct product quality checks (size, shape, window placement, seal, seams, color)

+ Complete maintenance logs, quality documentation, and time/labor records accurately

+ Pack finished envelopes neatly and accurately to keep pace with production

+ Keep a clean and organized work area, including routine equipment cleanings

Ultimate Maintenance Technician Requirements

+ 2+ years of **construction experience or automotive repair, and/or farm equipment** repair including, the use of hand tools.

+ Appropriate PPE **(Steel toe boots)**

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Drug Test Required

+ Background Check Required

+ Licensing or certification in industrial maintenance (if applicable)
