    CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Oracle ERP Cloud Financials opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

     

    **Location:** Dallas, TX

    **Duration:** 7 months

    Duties:

    + Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, with a strong emphasis on the Fixed Assets and PPM modules

    + Design and architect scalable Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to support complex financial business processes

    + Optimize and streamline financial workflows to align with best practices and improve operational efficiency

    + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to implementation standards and timelines

    + Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, finance leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide strategic guidance, and drive successful project outcomes

    + Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and post-implementation support

    Skills:

    + Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, especially Fixed Assets and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

    + Strong technical and functional understanding of financial systems and business processes

    + Proven ability to lead ERP implementations from planning through deployment

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    Experience:

    + Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP Cloud

    + Demonstrated success in leading multiple Oracle Cloud Financials projects, particularly involving Fixed Assets

    + Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required

    + Oracle Cloud Financials certification is highly desirable

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
