Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems is seeking a Program Planning Sr. to join the Program Excellence (Px) organization. You will be responsible to for developing and managing the integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. This includes ensuring major program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including but not limited to finance, engineering, manufacturing, integration and quality. Monitor program schedule performance, track plans and schedules, perform schedule risk analyses, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilize Gantt, network diagram, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention in critical areas. This Hybrid position reports to the ECS LoTac Program Planning Manager and is located in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities
+ Lead/facilitate the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline, including the integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS).
+ Lead regular collection and integration of team schedule status into the IMS.
+ Perform Schedule Assessments and Risk Analyses on the Integrated Master Schedule to identify schedule risks and participate in Risk Management process.
+ Review, recommend and implement, as appropriate, schedule work-around or recovery plans in a proactive manner.
+ Routinely assist program management by monitoring SPI/CPI and BEI performance and preparing schedule status reports for customer and/or business management reviews.
+ Work with program Finance partner to update and assess month-end Earned Value performance.
+ Ensure that all schedules are fully compliant with BAE internal policies, customer, and industry requirements.
+ Develop and manage Milestones Pro charts to support programs as required.
+ Develop and submit monthly Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (DI-MGMT-81861B IPMDAR) to our customers as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
+ Understanding of Schedule Analysis and Critical Path Method
+ Experience working in a planning team effectively supporting a multi-schedule environment, managing cross-program dependencies, analysis and deliverables.
+ Four (4) years planning/scheduling experience with a Bachelor s degree and/or a Master s Degree and three (3) years of related experience.
+ Familiarity with schedule analysis metrics including BEI, SPI and CEI.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
+ Understanding of Schedule Risk Analysis concepts
+ Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicated effectively with teams.
+ Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills to influence work teams
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server/Online and Power Bi Dashboards
+ Strong MS Excel skills
+ PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification
+ Current Secret Clearance
+ Program Risk & Opportunity process experience
+ Prior experiencing in developing Integrated Master Plans (IMP)
+ Knowledge of US DoD schedule policies, the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements.
+ Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
+ Familiarity with the following: Milestones Professional, Barbecana Full Monte, forProject DCMA Analyzer, SSI Tool, and WBS Pro.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
