• Quality Control Inspector - Metal Tech

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

     

    The Quality Inspector is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure, Metal Tech Division. You’re at the end of the of the line, making sure our products are to specifications, top-tier and ready to hit the market.

     

    Reporting to our Plant Manager, you’ll primarily work with the production team and the yard team.

    Principle Accountabilities

    + Manage the quality manual and update, as necessary, to reflect our plant processes

    + Look for and implement process improvements to reduce rework and eliminate waste

    + Internal auditor for process compliance to the quality manual/quality operating system

    + Perform sample inspections to ensure all products leaving the plant meet drawings and specifications. Implement CA/PA as required to resolve

    + Project manage plant quality items: corrective action/preventive action program, measurement equipment calibrations

    + Project manage training matrix: quality program training, weld qualifications
