The part-time Office Coordinator for Budget, Finance and Administration in the School of Leadership and Professional Studies will support the business and administrative functions of the department under the direction of the School Director. This is a part-time, 22.5 hour per week fully on campus position at the main campus. The Office Coordinator for Budget, Finance and Administration duties and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
+ Work collaboratively with the director of the department or designee to effectively and efficiently manage and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the department.
+ Perform a variety of administrative duties related to the business/financial management of the department budgets to include the effectively using word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
+ Maintain and keep meticulous records for the department, Ed.D., program and all grants awarded to faculty.
+ Liaise with appropriate departments and units across campus to effective manage the day-to day business operations of the department.
+ Process the hiring of faculty, adjuncts/affiliates and other personnel services that support the effective and efficient management of the department.
+ Support the department chair with calendar management and meeting schedules.
+ Process and support faculty travel documents for prompt approval and reimbursement.
+ Process department purchasing requisitions.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
+ Minimum two (2) years post-secondary education.
+ Minimum two (2) years related clerical experience.
Additional Information:
Hourly Rate: $20.00
