The part-time Office Coordinator for Scheduling and Student Support in the School of Leadership and Professional Studies will manage the master scheduling processes and functions of the department under the direction of the School Director. This is a part-time, 22.5 hour per week fully on campus position at the main campus. The Office Coordinator for Scheduling and Student Support duties and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
+ Work collaboratively with the director of the department or designee to effectively and efficiently manage and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the department.
+ Perform a variety of administrative duties related to the planning, development and maintenance of the master schedules for the department to include the effectively using word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
+ Maintain and keep meticulous records for the department, Ed.D., program, and Military Educator Program, as well as other academic/entrepreneurial programs for the department..
+ Liaise with appropriate departments and units across campus to effective manage the scheduling functions of the department.
+ Collaborate with the Office Coordinator for Budget, Finance and Administration for the timely hiring of faculty, adjuncts/affiliates and other personnel services that support the effective and efficient scheduling management of the department.
+ Coordinate, schedule and take minutes for department meetings, including program coordinator and committee meetings as assigned.
+ Support students through answering questions and connecting them with appropriate faculty and staff for support.
+ Greet students and all guests who visit the department.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
+ Minimum two (2) years post-secondary education.
+ Minimum 2 years clerical/administrative experience.
Additional Information:
Hourly Rate: $20.00
