Role Overview

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Food Service Manager 2** at **SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's** **Hospital** in **St. Louis, Missouri** . The Food Service Manager will manage daily food service operations, supervise and direct frontline staff, and ensure patient and customer satisfaction.

The Food Service Manager schedule will typically be **11am-8pm Monday-Friday** with some weekends.

What You'll Do

+ supervise day-to-day food service operations and team members

+ motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors

+ interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction

+ deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
