Description
Seeking a Research Assistant Professor in Dr. Alayna Loiselle's lab to use cellular, molecular, and biochemical approaches to develop an independent research program focusing on translational solutions to soft tissue fibrosis. This will include generation and characterization of transgenic mouse lines, transcriptomic analysis of murine and human tissue samples, and efficacy assessment of small molecule anti-fibrotics. The successful candidate will take an active role in the writing of corresponding manuscripts and grant applications to support studies.
Qualifications
PhD in molecular biology or related field and 2-3 years of post-doctoral experience.
