Responsibilities:

+ Operate cranes in accordance with safety standards and operational guidelines.

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes to ensure optimal performance.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in cranes.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

+ Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

+ Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.

Job Qualifications:

+ Certification to operate and repair cranes (required).

+ Proven experience as a Crane Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

+ Strong knowledge of crane mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple priorities.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-directed work skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds in a team environment.

**Base Pay Range** (for Colorado Residents): $24.99 - $35.24 (Minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
