    Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all pastry operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation

    + Develop and implement diverse, enticing dessert menus that delight our guests

    + Lead and mentor a team of pastry professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity

    + Manage cost controls and expenditures to ensure financial success

    + Coordinate and execute high-quality dessert catering events

    + Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new pastry programs and initiatives

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + A.S. degree or equivalent experience

    + Extensive pastry/kitchen management experience, with a preference for those with high-volume and catering experience

    + Proven track record in complex foodservice operations

    + Comprehensive understanding of pastry and dessert trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet

    + Strong leadership and team-building skills

    + Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs and activities

    + ServSafe certification is highly desirable
