Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience. As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. Office experience in the Plumbing, Restoration, HVAC, or Construction industries is a plus! Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include: Quickly and efficiently answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Actively listening to the customer to learn about their situation and how we can help them Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling and routing of services to our team of technicians Dispatching jobs and updates to technicians in the field Coordinate any adjustments in schedule with customers and service technicians Provide sales support and recommendations Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions The qualifications of a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher include: Strong telephone skills Preferred minimum of two years of Office Admin / Customer Service experience. (Willing to train the right candidate but must be willing to learn and reliable.)
