Key Responsibilities
• Perform inspections
• Monitor and verify quality
• Recommend improvements
• Conform to specifications
• Record observations
• Audit quality control programs
• Develop specs and procedures
• Improve quality practices
• Inspect machined work pieces to insure conformance to specification
• Read blueprints and engineering specification to obtain product information
• Complete all necessary inspection forms and reports
• Report unusual problems or conditions to colleagues and supervisor
• Observe company safety rules and regulations
Shifts available
Inspector Level 2: 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 11:30 PM) with availability to complete training on 1st shift for the first 90 days.
Inspector level 3: Day shift (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM), Night Shift (6:30 PM to 6:00 AM) - 3 days per week for 12 hours each

YOU MUST HAVE
Inspector Level 2
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Inspector Level 3
• 36 months of previous experience as FAA designee or 36 months experience as a commercial/military inspector or 36 months experience as an FAA inspector.
• 18 months of repair and overhaul or line maintenance experience
• Knowledgeable of mechanical and electronic components/assemblies.
WE VALUE

• 6 months of experience working within the PC holder’s quality
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• A positive attitude, high tolerance for job pressure, and the ability for working and communicating with persons of diverse personalities and backgrounds
• Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field
• Lean – Six sigma knowledge and certification
• SAP experience
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skill
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to read technical data and specifications
