    Now Hiring: Forklift Operator & Inventory Specialist

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC (Relocating to York, SC in Spring 2025)

    **Pay:** Competitive, based on experience

    **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (OT may be required)

     

    Join a leading global equipment manufacturer and technology innovator in the recycling and waste management industry! We’re looking for a **Forklift Operator & Inventory Specialist** to manage materials, shipments, and inventory with precision and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate forklifts to load/unload balers, compactors, and materials

    + Rig equipment and parts for shipping

    + Track, receive, and catalog inventory accurately

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    + Use hand tools, including wrenches, pneumatic impact tools, and drills

    + Follow supervisor instructions and work effectively in a team environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Extensive forklift experience (certification preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

    + Valid driver’s license and professional demeanor

    + Ability to read and follow detailed instructions

    + Comfortable working in Charlotte and Gastonia, with flexibility for relocation to York, SC in 2025

    + Dependable with excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
