As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing data entry on extended service contract originations, transfers, cancellations and maintain appropriate controls per company policy to ensure data integrity.
**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with overt time as needed.
**Pay:** $21.00 per hour.
Customer Service Representative Jobs require candidates to:
+ Ability to perform all functions of the CSR
+ Respond to Tier 2 customer service calls, access the situation, make program decisions, and know when to delegate “up” for resolution.
+ Setup and maintain proper documentation and filing for all new dealer accounts.
+ Become the dedicated processor for financial service provider.
+ Prepare weekly claim summary report.
+ Run reports from 5D in support of payments and/or requests by the team.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Representative jobs:
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree or relative experience.
+ Great customer’s service
+ 2 or more years’ experience with Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF, Database management, QuickBooks, Excel datasets with functions: IF, SUM, CONCATENATE, VLOOKUP, PIVOT, and cell formatting.
+ Prior warranty or financial service business experience and the knowledge of product and the ability to interpret an extended warranty contract
+ Have worked in a capacity similar in size and scope of BPPC.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
