Position Summary:
NiteHawk Sweepers is seeking a motivated and experienced individual for an immediate new Sales Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity with tremendous growth potential. Under the guidance of the sales management team, the individual will cultivate, develop, and grow equipment sales in a specified sales region.
Essential Functions of the Job:
+ Manage sales opportunities and network development
+ Handle lead generation activities as required including attending trade shows, following up on direct marketing activities, and recruitment of qualified customers
+ Develop and manage all aspects of B2B sales
+ Assist in development of company strategy
+ Provide product/industry market research and feedback and generate strategic sales strategyProvide product/i
+ Demonstrate equipment to customers and dealers
+ Developing Service Centers and Dealers within designated territory
+ Maintain CRM database
+ Assisting customers with technical questions as needed
+ Coordinate training of Dealers and Service Centers
+ Propose and plan demo trips
+ Coordinate with marketing on sales initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
+ Ability to effectively develop and manage relationships with key accounts & customers
+ Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
+ Ability to establish / achieve monthly and annual sales goals
+ Ability to analyze and understand customer business needs from an operational and financial aspect
+ Knowledge of industrial equipment finance
+ Ability to collaborate as a team member within and across the organization
+ Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work
+ Ability to travel as needed to demonstrate equipment ~25%
+ Skilled and proficient with basic desktop office software included MS Word and Excel
+ Continuous education in related fields
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience)
+ Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing preferred
+ Experience selling capital equipment preferred
