Print Production Specialist
The Print Production & Mail Services Specialist role provides customer service to our client in Highland Heights, KY for production print and mailroom services. The ideal candidate will be able to expertly advise and serve the client by providing accurate information, organizing orders and packages, and delivering on-time printing products using their knowledge of Xerox and Pitney Bowes equipment. The key areas of responsibility will include operating production print equipment (Xerox Iridesse), binding equipment, laminators and other high quality print devices. Experience with digital design and layouts is preferred. Additional details on the responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership
+ Takes ownership of customers’ print jobs and offers viable solutions
+ Manages the logistics of small to medium print projects, follows through to completion, and updates all parties as needed
+ Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in and email inquiries
+ Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to learn new equipment and processes from co-workers
+ Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required
+ Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
+ Prioritizes and optimizes the workload to streamline the production flow
+ Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high-quality control
+ Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
+ Takes action to learn products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent/GED
+ One year of customer service experience required (more preferred)
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe
+ Knowledge and application of printing concepts
+ Good communication and people skills
+ Strong analytical and math skills
+ Highly organized and detail oriented
+ Good project and time management skills
+ Able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment
+ Able to work collaboratively
+ Prompt, reliable, and responsible
+ Ability to work Monday-Friday 8-5pm and lift up to 50 lbs
