    We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder collaboration, Agile expertise, technical acumen, and familiarity with banking and ACH. This role is essential for BaaS (Banking as a Service) and Kotapay requirement gathering for new and existing product build.

     

    This is an in office position

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work directly with product owners and stakeholders to define the requirements needed for stories

    + Take technical diagrams/requirements and break them into stories for development team

    + Provide suggestions for improvements to current SDLC process

    + Carrying out periodic quality checks against applications

    Qualifications:

    + 4 year Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field

    + 3 - 5 years as an IT business analyst or similar role

    + Familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software

    + Experience with Azure Dev Op-s or Jira for managing stories and features
